2010 #1 Overall Recruit?

Who will be 2010's #1 Overall Recruit? Rival's experts give you their picks and I checked to see whether Oregon has offered any of them and whether any of them are interested in the Ducks!

Robert Woods - WR (California) No interest/offer from Oregon yet USC, Arizona, Arizona State, UCLA, California and Stanford are on his list and most have offered

I would imagine Oregon will take a look at this kid and eventually offer

Markeith Ambles - WR (Georgia) Oregon has offered along with a huge number of other schools (mostly East Coast/Southern schools, California and USC are the only other West Coast schools on his list)

Lache Seastrunk - RB (Texas) Oregon has offered along with a number of other schools including USC and UCLA

Michael Dyer - RB (Arkansas) Oregon has offered along with a number of other schools including Stanford

Seantrel Henderson - OT (Minnesota) Oregon has offered along with a number of other schools including UCLA

I think the feeling was this kid will probably pick Notre Dame or Minnesota but it is great to see Oregon on all of these guys lists! :P

Unfortunately, all these guys already have liked 20-30 offers, so landing them is unrealistic.

Markeith Ambles, pretty please. He's gonna dominate.

I saw a video on Rivals that featured Seastrunk, and he said we were one of the schools that started following him. I think we have just as good of a shot as any school, and even better shot if we miss with Bryce Brown.

He is a junior in H.S. so he can't sign with any school till Feb 2010.

Seastrunk or Seantrel Henderson will be #1 IMO
Seastrunk has not signed/verballed with any school. Early leaders are Texas, LSU. However his interest in Oregon has increased some over the last few weeks.
I'll be happy with two top 10 backs out of Cali this year. There are some studs out there.

Malcom Jones is a guy I really want. I've heard that he really likes the Ducks, is that true?

Stanford is considered to be his slight leader at this time, but the Ducks are up there. He and his family are big into academics.
