Re: Stanford @ Oregon Thread
Let this be a lesson to the team: Porter doesn't need to take 20 shots a game or to be the go to player for the ducks to win. Catron+Crittle+Dunigan=win.

The Beavers set a standard of futility that no team can match.

Thank the good Lord, WE WON!! It was great to see us not play that great but still pull out a victory. The freshman were great, that Chicago trio is gonna be so good. And we finally worked the big men down low & look what happened. Great win, now lets beat the beevs.

Regardless of Kent, I think we have the potential to be pretty good next season. Obviously the key word is potential. We have to stay healthy, have everone on the same page, get consistent play from guys like Porter, Catron and Dunigan and get better point guard play among other things. I still don't think we will be great, but there will really be no excuses not to make the tournament next season.

WOW.... Stop the presses!!!! Ernie is a great coach after all!!!! The team has turned a corner and it is all due to Kent's coaching, the team is going to win it's remaining games and Kent is soooo deserving of coming back next year now! Great job Ernie!!!!!

Great win for the ducks!
We turned the ball over way too much, but we played hard and pulled it off. Love the fight today. Dunigan and M-Hump played big. And I also like the fact TP didn't have to bomb up 100 3pointers to keep us in the game.
Oh and btw, Stanford looked pretty bad. They had quite a few careless turnovers.

Another reason why we won: look at Stanford's field goal percentage. Oregon also shot free throws well, blocked shots, got steals, didn't turn the ball over and got good bench play. For the first time in a long time, they deserved to win that game.

HUMPHREY FINALLY COMING OUT OF HIS SHELL.
I really have high hopes for him..... Hunphrey/Dunigan/Humphrey are the core for the future IMO.... Sim has been very disappointing so far, through the oac-10 season.....
