I don't know duckfan96, I'm sure it helps. Boise has an insane home record, granted they play lots of weak teams, but they've also had a good handful of Pac-10 wins too. That blue turf is hard to play on if you're not used to it. I think the same thing could be said about UO's new basketball court.duckfan96 wrote:have to laugh at the people on that video link. bitchin about the floor. its fn trees. get over it. the trees are not making wsu players miss every shot they take hahaha
Wazzu is sucking it up so badly right now though, I don't think it matters if we were playing on an outdoor double rimmed hoop.

Love that all of the football coaches are at the game supporting Altman's squad!
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

Re: Washington State @ Oregon
This is the first time I have watched an Oregon game on TV with the new arena...Why was everyone complaining about the glare from the court? I didn't notice anything..
Anyways, great game and this team just continues to surprise me. Gotta love this team, everyone including myself thought we were penciled in for last place, but they have risen to the challenge.
Go Ducks!

Our success is almost comical at this point. Wazzu is one of the better teams in the conference & we just rocked their friggin world
. I watched most of this game & just sat back in disbelief. Thank God for Altman.

Altman is a hell of a motivator. These kids play their asses off every night. Admittedly, Wazzu had a horrible shooting night, but Oregon's defense was very solid. Tons of steals that created fast break opportunities.
Definitely a big win to beat a good team like Wazzu.
Oregon has no business winning games like this.

Re: Washington State @ Oregon
The team looks like it believes in what Altman is trying to do and is executing brilliantly right now. Even without JJ tonight, they were outrebounding and outmuscling WSU everywhere on the floor. The press was just giving WSU fits plus Oregon was hitting a good percentage of their shots. This team is now somewhat enjoyable to watch.

And UW looked human against the Beavitz... 68-56.
This is doable, folks!

Great game tonight. I love Altman more and more each game I see, I like his defense pressing so much. Joevan injury last year turn out to be a good thing for the team since he's played so well this year, and nice to see Sim hit a couple three's tonight.

It's better now then what it was, they've toned down some of the lights that were causing issues.TheMaehlMan wrote:This is the first time I have watched an Oregon game on TV with the new arena...Why was everyone complaining about the glare from the court? I didn't notice anything..
