Re: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
My only question is who does Miami have that Houston or another trading partner would want? Unless the Rockets are willing to trade Brooks away for just about nothing or some far-off draft picks, I don't see the Heat as having enough pieces to complete this trade.

Agreed. Miami is paper-thin, I'm not sure who the Rockets would even want in return from that team. Maybe, MAYBE Joel Anthony, but I'm too lazy to look up whether or not the salaries match.greenyellow wrote:My only question is who does Miami have that Houston or another trading partner would want? Re: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Poor AB
Chalmer's is horrible, and Miami's picks are going to be virtually useless at the end of the first/second round... if Miami even has a first rounder after some of their sign-and-trades this offseason.

No way. I freaking hate the heat. Why can't the rockets deal him to a team like the Blazers, or at least a team I don't despise.

Exactly. King of quiting on his team in the playoffs, having "Chosen1" tattooed on his back & wearing his own MVP & "King James" shirts. The guy is stuck in 8th grade.duckfan96 wrote:King James? WTF is he king of exactly? Just wondering...where he got that name. Probably gave it to himself.

Re: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
This would be awesome. The heat would be so good.
Q:Why would the Rockets do this?
A:they suck and AB's been injured so they probably figured if they can't contend then they should get something for the little talent they have.
also, James is the man, don't hate.

Re: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Maybe he's the king of hype? Maybe he's the king in regards to his physical ability? Or even the king of the ESPN highlight reel (even that title is being challenged by Blake Griffin these days)? Other than that I have no freaking clue. Until he wins a title he'll be Prince James to me. Hell I think that may even be too generous. Court Jester is more like it. Bill Russell had 11 titles during his time. Jordan and Kareem had 6 apiece. Magic and Kobe had 5. Shaq had 4. Bird had 3. The list goes on. That's hardly scratching the surface of guys more worthy of the 'king' title than LeBron. He may be one of the most physically gifted athletes in NBA history but titles are the true measure of success and LeBron has a big fat goose egg in that area right now. That will probably change soon but if they don't win 2-3 titles with all the talent the Heat has then he'll be THE most overrated basketball player in NBA history. Bar none.

Re: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
The Heat bench is worse than any guy the Rockets currently have either starting on the bench. Outside of giving up Bosh (the red-headed stepchild of the self-proclaimed "Big Three"), the Heat have nothing to offer outside of clearing what few mediocre bench players they have, giving up several future late first round picks, or a combination of both. That's the only way the deal would go down at all.gregspechtismyhero wrote:This would be awesome. The heat would be so good.

And James is the man? He's a little kid in a freakish athlete's body. That was made painfully clear during that travesty known as "The Decision." He has not won a single meaningful game in his career. And no, regular season games don't count. All he does is do well in the regular season, fill ESPN's highlight reels, and crap out in the playoffs. Maybe he'll prove me wrong this year or the next few years, but I refuse to give the benefit of the doubt to him at all because he hasn't done anything. I still think the Lakers or Spurs would tear them apart in a 7 game series this year, especially with that joke of a bench the Heat has. Hell, even Boston may keep them from making the championship for that same reason.
