What is the last day for player to declare what school they will be playing for. I know that we are past signing day, but when is the last day for players to declare thier final school?

I believe it is April 1st.

So if you don't sign a LOI by April 1 are you inelligible for the next season or are you just not allowed to accept a scholarship and can only be a walk-on?
