I imagine we'll see plenty of Christian Jones in long relief either Saturday or Sunday, as Boer seems to be in a bit of a funk and Kuedell is highly unpredictable.

We lost a 1-0 pitcher's duel in last year's series opener, Anderson was incredible but ASU's guy was just a little better. We had the lead going into the 9th in game two, lost it, tied it in the bottom of the inning, and then won in 12. Lost game three by 4 or 5 runs.

Kuedell gets the nod over Jones? I wish it was the other way around. Kuedell does well coming out of the bullpen as opposed to starting. Got to love that 1-2 punch we have rolling though right now.

Same here as I thought Jones was doing fairly well as the #3 starter, but those guys seem interchangable at this point.

Boer doing pretty good so far, running into some trouble but hasn't given up the big inning. He's keeping Oregon in it, at least, if we can ever score any runs.

Boom! That was ugly, if expected. We really needed to win Friday or Saturday if we wanted to get a win this weekend.

Well, we have most of the week off to lick our wounds, then we really need to sweep Washington next weekend. No real way around that. Get back to .500 in conference, and try to win a series down in South Central.
