Not "official," as from the UO Athletic Dept. itself, but it sounds pretty solid.

Re: Teondre Williams: It's Official
Even tho i liked him. I always felt he had the most potential of all
the players Ernie recruited in the Dunnigen, Williams, etc. He never really
lived up to those expectations. A ton of talent. He never really got it
on defense. He was to inconsistent. Hope he lands somewhere and is
happy to be closer to home. Wish him well. But we will move on.

Re: Teondre Williams: It's Confirmed
Good luck to him. Now we just have to wait to see if/when Seiferth is gone too. I think Altman will be adding someone else since he's probably known about their intentions for several weeks now. He is also going to need more bodies since the roster would only have 10 available scholarship players for non-conference play, with Joseph not being able to play until late December.

Joseph can go to Italy, however.

That's a good thing for the team since they can be in game situations with him that can't always be replicated in practice.woundedknees wrote:Joseph can go to Italy, however.

What about the incoming recruits and the Italy trip? Presumably they have to be enrolled for summer term in order to participate? . . .

The FR should all be in summer school by mid-June, which would allow them to go on the trip. Emory may not be enrolled until July, but he could still be available for the trip, depending on when they schedule it.Greenblood wrote:What about the incoming recruits and the Italy trip? According to recent tweets from Bruce Barron, the guys are in communication with each other (Especially Barron and Brown), and plan on arriving shortly.

No doubt....No one IS unexpendable...And kids make foolish choices every day..Its part of the growing/maturation process....And most times they discover that the grass really isnt greener on the other side of the fence...Hopefully this was a good decision on his part, for whatever reason...Good Luck to TW...duckfan22 wrote:Even tho i liked him.
