Re: First Day Results
Looks like it's going to come down to the 4x400 for both the men and women. Women need to place higher than 'Zona to win title and men need a decent finish to pad their lead should anything happen in the discus or triple jump.

Women set a new meet record in the 4x400 to win the event and clinch the conference title over Arizona.

Re: First Day Results
Men finish 4th in 4x400 to cinch up a 5th consecutive conference title. Only remaining event is the triple jump, but no team can score enough to overtake Oregon.

For those who have been following, how do the two squads look to do at Nationals?

I don't think they will be favored. They won more with depth than wins. The women have a better chance, but they have 2 key performers out with injuries.Duck07 wrote:For those who have been following, how do the two squads look to do at Nationals?

This article shows the women second with 57, behind Texas A&M's 62. The women won the indoor title with a healthy Thiessen.Duck07 wrote:For those who have been following, how do the two squads look to do at Nationals?
