Olu Ashaolu a duck
It is all over Twitter! Big time pick up we should be in the thick of the conference race next year. Not sure if we can win it, but it should be a fun time to watch Oregon Basketball again! Great job Coach Altman!!!!

I think that Oregon has the potential to be very good next season. A lot of new faces, but watch out if they gel quickly.

Wow... This class is almost as strong as any in the country, right now. Athleticism out the yin-yang.

Re: Olu Ashaolu a duck
wow. And they said Altman can't recruit. Even tho it's just one year on a couple
of the players, if this team can put it together early and be a top contender
in the league and make the tourney, this will only improve the recruiting. Once
they start winning the rest will take care of it's self.
Altman is an great coach. He has a style that will appeal to players.
Just wonder how much time a guy like Sim will get. However he plays with
great effort. And that matters. Great job Altman and staff..Go Ducks..

Great pickup by Altman. Recently, I figured that he would end up at Texas. Ashaolu will give Oregon a rebounding/defensive presence inside. This team could definitely surprise next season.
Eventually, I wouldn't be surprised if the depth chart looks something like this:
Joseph/Loyd/Barron
Brown/Sim/Kingma
Singler/Emory
Nared/Jacob
Ashaolu/Kuemper
If Emory is as good as advertised, he may actually push himself into a starting role.
Am I missing anyone or do we actually have one available scholarship?
This could be a very well balanced and exciting team.

“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

There's still an open scholarship so you've got everyone listed.uostudent wrote:Great pickup by Altman. Recently, I figured that he would end up at Texas. Ashaolu will give Oregon a rebounding/defensive presence inside. This team could definitely surprise next season.

Very exciting for sure, as we needed another big. Dana doing an amazing job for his first class, should be exciting to watch next season.
