Ok St new uni picks
"the Oregon of the Midwest"....
I like som of the combos, especially the first one..... Not too bad considering their colors are orange and black...

Yeah I think their Uni's look sick overall. I'm really hoping the Ducks continue to get the upgreades 1-2 years before any of these wannabes do...
Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."

Wow...that was an awful rant. Besides the Orange ones, they look good. They are so often compared with us because of their one huge donor who seemingly treats them like his own personal team and they're trying to make a name for themselves. Yes, they are following in our footsteps with the top notch facilities and edgy uniforms but that by no means makes them 'the new Oregon'. As for us having 12 unis to their 4...what difference does that make? And lastly: their, there, they're. I hate being the douchey grammar police, but please learn the difference.Quack_12 wrote:There weak looking, looking like Oregon State. Wow...that was a douchey rant. I'd rather read fellow duck fan's opinions with typos than read comments from the grammar police.Duck24 wrote:Wow...that was an awful rant. Yeah it's the offseason and been a long week at work. Apologies for the dickheaded comment. Sans the orange unis, I think they look good.QuackSince82 wrote:Wow...that was a douchey rant. No worries Duck24, sorry to be a dick and single you out when you're not the only one. I have enjoyed reading your opinions over the past couple years and I also like the what Quack_12 has brought to the site. It has been ANOTHER long offseason but we're almost back to football.
Oklahoma State is definitely following in our footsteps on this one, but the funny thing is Oklahoma State had to pay to have these made and we get ours for free
.
When I think about Oklahoma State I'll always remember the year we stomped two orange & black OSU's back to back. Those were two amazing games. I think the replay of Zac Robinson getting folded in half will always be embedded in my brain.

Re: Ok St new uni picks
Similar to OregonLive's version with Oregon's unis, Oklahoma State has a much better version on their website to try out the different combos. I'd have to say a lot of them aren't that bad, even though they are black and orange.

White/Steel looks the nicest. I don't know if it's me but these new Nike uniforms are starting to look exactly the same only with different team colors. Bores me a little.
