I agree…he pissed me off a few times this week. I basically listen to him as a filler in my day.
Not to mention that Lee is not just some back up, the guy was used in “scripted scenarios” last year and help us win some big games.
Actually, I agree with Cowherd and I don't want any LSU suspensions for the game. I hope JJ is cleared or if he isnt cleared, he isnt charged until after the Oregon game.
If JJ is suspended the game is a no win for the Ducks. It was stupid to schedule a first game showdown in the first place with as many starters as we are replacing, now to have it be possibly become a no-win situation sucks.
Free JJ.
If JJ is suspended and we lose, our National rep is toast, we'll never hear the end of it from our PAC-12 troll buddies regardless of how good Lee is. It will always be you lost to their backup.

UHM…SO…I know some peeps that know some peeps…and…well…they are saying that they are in the process of issuing an arrest warrant for JJ. If true the arrest will be soon.
Also…I cannot express how disappointed I am in JJ if this is true.

I believe what Chip Kelly told the Ducks at the end of the 2009 season (which started with the Blount incident) could apply to LSU this season. I don't remember his exact quote, but it was something along the lines of how early on, everyone called the Ducks "a team of characters." But by coming together as a group, the Ducks showed the world they were a "team of character."
Idiots are posting all over JJ's Facebook fan page (Marines I understand) nasty comments & even physical violence against him. I'm sorry to the LSU fans on this page for what's happening to you. Welcome to our world when the LeGarrette Blount incident happened. If we were deeper into the season & the world had the distraction of other football games, I think the venom would not be so strong and it sickens me how the worst in people can erupt. Hang in there LSU fans as this too shall pass. My biggest concern is for this young man's future. If it's proven that he was involved, I'm hoping that Les will be as supportive as Chip was of LGB. LGB paid a huge price, but Chip didn't throw him away and look where LGB is now.

I was at the Houston game. The videos never show how the "mascot" fight started. They were just goofing around. The pushing stopped for a few minutes and Puddles was facing the crowd when the kitty face planted Puddles with a wicked hit in the back. Understandably Puddles couldn't take that in his pond.

I wonder if the “marines” posting on the JJ fanpage on facebook will be so quick to attack if they knew that their boy's ex-girlfriend had a restraining order on him.

He's also mentioning the fact that they were underage and in the bar, with no explanation of the bar laws in LA.
The casual listener/fan here in Portland is still under the impression that a group of football players pulled a guy out of his truck for honking at them and then beat up the Marine that came to his rescue. Very dangerous territory...

At first I thought JJ was just being singled out because he was the QB, Now that they've taken 49 pairs of shoes from his apartment I think they're pretty sure he was doing the kicking...probably better at it than passing!
Out at least the first game is my guess, if charges stick, could be the career.
I have mixed feelings...frustrated as hell at his ups and downs in games, but the team was preparing for this HUGE game with him as the starter.
Cowherd or not,,, I hope he plays but feel he won't .
By the way, you Duck fans on this board are some of the most level-headed folks I've come across on the interwebz...sympathy for another fan base's situation just ain't what you see in the SEC. As you all have said, you''ve been through a lot.
