houston still scoring

Post by thegb2001 »

theres ten minutes left in this game, its now 73 to 34. case keenum has thrown for 9tds already. people talk about us running up the score, but man ive never seen such a classless team. not only is the starter still in but there still throwing the ball deep and going for it on 4th downs. thank the lord we have chip who has class and takes out our starters and practically runs the ball every play. i mean against colorado we could have easily put up another 28 if we wanted too.

9 Td's and still no school record - a former 'famous' Qb had 11 @ Houston. Bush league is a tradition at that school.

If by "famous" 55 you mean won a Heisman and was a top 10 pick, then I agree. Oh and he does games now for ESPN. Yes the great Andre Ware, whose Houston team once put up 95 on SMU right after they came off their death penalty.

They have had a few - I believe the record is held by Klinger

Klingler was pretty good for them also, I think he was a 1st round pick as well. I was in Elementary school then, so I may be fuzzy on the details. But I would just assume if a team puts up 95points and was throwing late in the game, it was Ware.

they're just another boise state. The fact that they are in the top 15 is bush league. If UCLA stays within double digits on you, you shouldn't be ranked. period.

rival game against a team talking crap. and really, it is rice's fault. they played a linebacker man to man on houston's best WR every single down.

I don't have a problem with that in a rivalry game. I hope we beat UW by 50 and keep on pounding them until time expires-what are they going to do, hate us more?
