It will be interesting to see how he finishes the season.

I find it difficult to swallow "Best Back In The PAC12" status.... Any team has to be pleased to have a back produce 3 consecutive 1000 yard seasons.

Rec 18 Yds 249 Ave 13.8 Long 70 TDs 3

2010: Att 260 Yds 1415 Ave 5.4 Long 72 TDs 9

Rec 25 Yds 171 Ave 6.8 Long 17 Tds 0

2008: Att 20 Yds 33 Ave 1.7 Long 5 TDS 0

Polk is a good back. Washington's OL and supporting cast the last two years hasn't even been that good. But he put up 1k+ yard years.

I'm impressed.

Polk is good. He certainly isn't the best back in the conference but he probably ranks in the top 4. My question is why should we care what a TV announcer says?
