TCU needs a miracle they lost too much talent from last year's team.

Re: TCU/Boise State
NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND....TCU has lost twice this year...once to Baylor (50-48) and once to Southern Methodist (40-33 OT)...They beat BYU and their win against Air Force was by a larger margin then Boise State's win.
The Horn Frogs are going to give more than the Broncos can handle....TCU wins a close one...33 - 28.

Re: TCU/Boise State
Boise State wins this game by two touchdowns. TCU is about as good as Utah this year, which is struggling in the PAC. TCU would struggle to be a bowl team if they played in the PAC 12. I think people are starting to recognize this because of how Utah has struggled. If Utah were still in the MTN West, they would probably be 7-1 and ranked.
Boise State's 2-touchdown victory at home means less because of Utah struggling...and SMU beating TCU. SMU??

I agree...but this is the rub...Boise State is as good as Utah this year too and Boise State would also struggle to become bowl eligible in the PAC.TCU is about as good as Utah this year, which is struggling in the PAC. TCU would struggle to be a bowl team if they played in the PAC 12
Boise State is a paper tiger and loses late every year to a team that is every bit as mediocre as they are. …this year TCU will be that team.
And welcome to the board.

I dont care who wins, as long as Boise loses! Very few fan bases cause me so much dislike that I immediatly hate thier team.

Re: TCU/Boise State
Boise State has lost late only one year that I can think of... To Nevada last year. They lost to a solid Louisville team in 2004 that was also undefeated, an undefeated TCU team a couple years ago and that's about it. In 4 years Kellen Moore has lost only to TCU in a BCS bowl by one point and to a Nevada team that ended the season ranked in the top 13.
Boise State would easily win the Pac 12 South this year and would have two losses in the Pac 12 North. They handled Georgia in the Georgia Dome. BSU is legit with solid NFL talent on both sides of the ball. Next year may not be the case, but you can hardly say that BSU wouldn't make a bowl in the PAC 12; although that is a pretty typical response from an SEC guy.

Re: TCU/Boise State
Well I was a little under the weather yesterday and posted without giving it much thought...It is my speculation that they would have the same results in the PAC as Utah so lets look at UTAH.but you can hardly say that BSU wouldn't make a bowl in the PAC 12; .
Utah’s PAC schedule played at this point is; 1) USC (L 23-14) 2) Washington (L 31-14) 3) Arizona State (L 35-15), 4) California (L35-14), Oregon State (W 27-8), Arizona (W34-21) and to be played; 1)UCLA (I predict UCLA to win) 2) Washington State (Utah will win IMO) 3) Colorado (Utah will win IMO)
So if I’m right they will end up 5-4 in the PAC…that is about where I would put Boise State, assuming Boise State would do the same and play the same OOC games with the same result they would be bowl eligible at 8-4…but nowhere near the where they are now in the rankings...and nowhere near winning the PAC south.
Dude… La-Lafayette (2), Louisiana Tech (4) and Louisiana Monroe (3) has NFL talent on their squads…that doesn’t make them a legit top 25 team. Now I’m not saying that Boise State is not a top 25 school…I’m just saying like undefeated Houston…they are not a Top 10 team.BSU is legit with solid NFL talent on both sides of the ball. Next year may not be the case,
HAHAHAHAHA….get OUT OF HERE with that bull schite….I’m willing to bet that the majority of PAC guys here agree with me that Boise State does not deserve to go to the NCG over Stanford, the Ducks, OSU, etc…etc…although that is a pretty typical response from an SEC guy.

Re: TCU/Boise State
And Georgia is? Look, what you said was they would struggle to be bowl eligible in the PAC, not true. You also said they lose every year late - not true.
TCU lost a ton of talent last year, BSU will lose their talent next year. BSU is in a different class than Utah and TCU - this year.
BSU may not be deserving of a top 5 ranking, but they're a legit top 10 team until someone beats them.

Re: TCU/Boise State
I hate it when I have to get in a position to defend BSU. For the record I believe a one-loss team should play for a title over an undefeated BSU team.
Just don't like it when people make blanket statements that they can't support like "BSU loses late every year to a mediocre team".
