Joe Flacco from Pitt to Delaware, Ryan Mallet from Michigan to Arkansas, Dan Buckner WR from Texas to Zona (I know it was pt and off the field issues as well). It happens more than you think that a guy transfers due to lack of PT and develops nicely. Hell, anyone remember Levi Horne, a Duck who transferred out and is now playing for the Bears?
