bad loss? I think Nevada is the better team. At most, cal is a little ahead.

I'm talking more of a Pac-12 team losing to a MWC team. Certainly wouldn't help the opinion of the conference.

Wow. Barring a miracle in the last 0:36 it looks like Nevada wins 31-24. Tedford's seat is getting hot.

Sad, but true. What gets me is that Cal has had very good players under Tedford, but the past 5-6 years they've had really bad Qb play. It's like a basketball team that's set at every position except point guard. If they had that point guard they could potentially take it to the next level, but without him they're stuck in mediocrity.

I think that if Cal continues to struggle at mid-season the only way Tedford saves his job is if he benches Maynard and starts developing a young Qb for next season. That "might" buy him one more season, but there's no guarantee.

On the other hand, Nevada may turn out to be a really good team and Cal may end up winning 8-9 games. Who knows? It sucks that they lost, but it's still only one game.

How is it they can play us as tough as they do and play as poorly as they do to teams like Nevada, Washington, and OS?
