NFL Draft Thread
Begins today. Really hoping Dion goes #2. That would be awesome.

#4, really. Why would we wish him to go to an organization like Jax? Did you see those new jerseys, ugh.UOducksTK1 wrote:Begins today. Really hoping Dion goes #2. That would be awesome.

Any concerns over my medical history are greatly exaggerated as the dislocation of my right-pinky the other day is recovering well and I won't miss any camp time, lol.

lol, I just think it's pretty awesome for him and Oregon to go #2. Seems like more and more people are saying they take an OL at #2 anyway.Duck07 wrote:#4, really. Re: NFL Draft Thread
Here's a few guys I'll be keeping an eye on in the draft that aren't Ducks.
Markus Wheaton - I think with all of the "talent" at wr in this draft, Wheaton is one of the most underrated.
Jordan Poyer - I tend to root for guys that grew up in Oregon at the pro level, even if they act like morons (suh).
Marcus Lattimore - would love to see Seattle take him at 56 as a "luxury" pick.
Mychal Rivera - Former Oregon TE who transferred because of the future NFL TEs we had in front of him.
Of course, I'll also be waiting for a few of these prospects to get drafted!

Re: NFL Draft Thread
seattle has addressed most of their needs via free agency, so if lattimore is available at #56 i'd be all over that. lynch and turbin are a great little combo, but lynch can't take this kind of bruising for much longer. i'd love to bring him in.

I'm betting former LSU players Mingo, Kevin Minter, and Eric Reed all go in the first round...any takers? Hopefully Mingo will get picked up by the Saints.

Geesh....fricking Joe Sundays...so tasteless to sit there and continue booing the comish as he is talking about keeping the bombing victims in our thoughts and prayers

Re: NFL Draft Thread
Miami is trading up for Lane Johnson presumably. Good Move for Oakland and could set the stage for Dion to Philly.

Re: NFL Draft Thread
Hate that i'll be seeing him play the Patriots twice a year! That being said I wish him the best of luck.
