The similarities between Locker and Costa are that both can't/couldn't throw to save their lives but they have amazing speed. Costa ran track and if i'm not mistaken was one of the fastest kids, if not the fastest kid in the state of Oregon when he was a Sr.

It was hilarious to me not because he wasn't a top prospect...but it says the top prospect out of "Aloha" not oregon...I don't know how much competition for that there was

Ok, gotcha. Yes Aloha is definitely not a powerhouse like Jesuit or Lake O.

Aloha HS is a crap sport school. I know quite a few people that go to Aloha / that have graduated from Aloha.

Why is it funny? Costa was a 4*, top 100 level, Elite 11 QB. That was the same year Costa, Kellen Clemens, and Derek Anderson were all in the top 100 and all three were at Elite 11 as well.
I think it's hilarious, better yet ridiculous, because they are already projecting that for a kid who hasn't even started HS yet, not to mention all the other kids who also either will or will not develop during 4 years of HS.
So you don't think Harbough knows much about evaluating talent?
Just saying that a lot can happen in the 4 years he is in HS. More promising QBs can emerge, or he may not continue developing at a comparable pace. Heck, I grew close to a foot during that 4 year span. Can Harbough anticipate those kinds of developments during the next 4 years?

All I'm saying is he was offered at a camp so Harbough saw him in person when he verbally offered so he must have shown some crazy skills as an 8th grader at that camp.
