Game is now set for a 5:45 kickoff on FOX. Like that time better than the possible 7:30 timeslot on ESPN.

Wish we could afford the tickets. This game will be the one that tells us what we really have. Utah fights.

Perfect game time in my opinion. Crowd is rowdy by then but not too late like the 730 kicks.

The Bama game for instance didn't finish til 1am local time

So glad that this game is at home. I don't see us beating Utah on the road this year.

We were one overthrow away from knocking off MSU. I think this team proved it's capable of winning on the road against anyone the Pac-12 could throw at us.

That said, I do feel good about this game being at home, especially with VA's finger being jacked up. The offense will need to put up more than one TD through three quarters in order to beat Utah.

I also hope we see more of Tony Brooks-James. I don't understand why we didn't see more of him against MSU (he had like two carries for a first down), and he definitely hits the hole faster than Freeman does. I don't want Royce to get worn out midway through the year, and honestly he already looks a bit slower or more tentative than I remember him being last year.

Agree with Pez on Royce. I love love love me some Rolls Royce, but late in the year season and early this, I think he is thinking a little too much. He's at his best when he slams the hole hard. He's too big to be overly crafty. Leave that to Taj and company You watch the big NFL rushing leaders and they run violently. Zero hesitation. Frank Gore isn't a monster, but he hit the hole so fast and strong he was lethal.

I did not see the game this last weekend (I hope to at some point), but from what I saw in the first two weeks of the season I'd rather have TBJ get more touches on the outside than from the running back position. Yes, he is quick to hit hole at times, but he makes some pretty bad decisions about which hole to pick.

Freeman is much better at picking out the cracks in the defense. The more carries we get Royce, the better we'll be off. Personally, from what I against EWU, I think Benoit should be getting more touches.

Benoit is good too, but I think he is injured.

Thompson is starting for the Utes? Booker will be tough for the Ducks slow down, but not sure about Thompson.

I don't know about you guys but I think for this game we should go to a 4-3 because everybody knows they want to pound with Booker. If we make them a passing team they won't win.

They haven't named a starter for the game yet, I'm expecting you won't hear anything until game time. Wilson jacked his non-throwing shoulder up, but was in practice a few days later so who knows. You could see Thompson, Wilson or Hansen.

If Utah is going to beat Oregon this is the season, but they won't have a chance if they can't throw the ball and they haven't shown the capability to do so yet this year with consistency
