Clay was always a 4-star, in fact he dropped from the #11 WLB to #14 WLB..

And Littlejohn is still a 3 star:

This Scout page has him as a 4*, but everywhere else on Scout I looked still had him as a 3*: http://cal.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp? ... 39&sport=1. Now we just need Rivals to make Clay a 4* .

^ That's because they thought he committed to Cal or UW...now that he's a DUCK he will stay a 3 star!

Now if he'd gone to USC or tOSU he'd be a 5 star player and way better than he is now!

This is probably the first time in Oregon history that they got 3 LBs who are all 4*. Great LB class.

all good. other than final recruiting rankings and national exposure, i don't care much about the stars. I think that the coaches do a fine job at evaluating talent (better than recruiting sites for sure).

Very sorry about the bad info guys. I could have sworn I saw on the Scout site that both were now 4 stars just 20 minutes ago. I was pretty happy about it even.

One of two things must be: A, I need to starting taking meds, or B, Scout had a brief moment of brilliance and accuratly ranked him if only for a short while.

Littlejohn is 6'2 230, runs a 4.53 40 and was 1st team Juco All American. I don't care what Scout says he's sounds like a 5* in my book or at least a 4*.

The problem I find with the internet (Not just google) is that sometimes they retain different versions of the same player profile, regardless of date of the latest posting, and the information on some sites does not necessarily get updated in a timely manner... When we were all searching for info on Masoli, I found different sites that listed JM as a 1,3,4, and 5 star... all on the same day. It isn't perfect, but somehow we manage to fight through the morass.

Not that it matters much, but we moved up to #39 in the scout rankings. Get Boyd, Harris and a few others, and I think this is definitely a top 20 class maybe even higher.
