Mitchell does everything for his team, it's pretty impressive.

Bennett looks/sounds like the real deal. I have a feeling he could challenge DT if he doesn't develop the way we expect him to...That is a bold prediction btw, not valid in any way, shape, or form.

If Bennett is progressing well do we really need to get another QB in this class. Next year has Masoli, Costa, Thomas, Hawkins, and Bennett, isn't 5 enough or is Hawkins likely moving to WR?

Remember, the year after that we'll be down to only Thomas, Hawkins, and Bennett. It would be nice to have one more QB that won't be a true freshman.

Oops! Sorry, my mind has been wandering, he's not a commit nor do I have any inside information.

Just an honest mistake. I'll edit it.

i figured that costa would likely transfer to a lower division so he can play his final year.

assuming he doesn't overtake masoli this season...

Remind me, can Costa get a medical waiver for an extra year of eligibility?

Probably not. They'll obviously file for one, but it can't be done until after his senior year, and it's doubtful.

I think Costa will move on after senior year, I hope he will decide to hang out around Ducks football program, maybe become GA for Ducks?

Hawkins is practicing as a QB and wants to be one. Watch the register guard interview with him on the website while he is practicing.

I talked to mops about Hawkins, and he thinks Hawkins has the potential to be a very good QB.

He's obviously very raw, but the upside is there.

Yeah from that video he seems like he is very athletic has a good arm and is very intelligent. I haven't had a chance to watch any practices this year tho :/
