Doman a Duck again

"Doman initially came to UO as a quarterback, but was switched to tight end following his redshirt year. An unsung hero with regard to Oregon’s Sun Bowl win, he paid his own way to El Paso and acted as the scout team quarterback leading up to the win against South Florida.

This time around, the junior will workout primarily as a tight end and long snapper, but remains a QB option if depth issues were to arise."

I say let him be a long snapper. Didn't our snapper have some problems this past season? He should give up the idea of playing qb at Oregon.

... and we really don't need another TE with Dickson, Lewis and Ward

He was the cause of our two safeties, I believe, early in the season, along with some missed field goals in the first few games. If I remember right, they had tried using him on short and long snaps. This made his long snaps inconsistent. After the second safety they started having him only do long snaps and I think that solved the problem.

Doman went on his mission to the Dominican Republic then returned and played in the Ducks 2008 Spring game...The coaches decided to send him down to Snow JC , a powerhouse JC! Anyways...He's now back with the Ducks!
