Thanks for the link. After watching that, it is no wonder why Oregon isn't recruiting Munchie any more. Bennett is legit.

Indeed, after watching that video, I am excited about the future with this kid. It will be nice to again have a QB with a great arm that runs only when necessary and to keep the defense honest.

Looks a little like Matt Ryan. No so sure about that comment where it says, "he's as smooth a runner as Dennis Dixon though."

Lol... I'm sure Bennett is no faster than a 4.7 40M.

Looks like his throwing is legit and he is accurate on the run, though he is no Dixon as a runner, looks more like a slippery scrambler which goes well with throwing abilities. Given the number of drops in that video he'll feel right at home when he gets here. :)

Nobody said he was as fast as Dixon, but the way he runs does look like Dixon. He's pretty light on his feet and seems to glide more than pound the turf, like Tebow does. I would say that "he runs as smooth as Dixon" isn't a bad way to describe him.

His throws look very accurate, but it's hard to know what the future holds for him at Oregon. Masoli completed 214 of 349 passes for 3,065 yards, 26 touchdowns and only three interceptions at a much higher level and he is struggling here.

pretty obivious that bennett will be redshirted for 1 year. Possible complete job against DT in 2011

Bennett had another big game last night against the St. Bonaventure, (currently #1 in Cali) but his team ended up losing in OT 42-41, because their special teams allowed a kickoff return and missed the extra point in OT.

Crespi's Bryan Bennett completed 17 of 26 passes for 220 yards and three touchdowns. Rhasheed Johnson rushed for 158 yards in 16 carries, including three touchdowns. His 2-yard touchdown run in overtime gave Crespi its lead.

65% passing against an elite team? I'll take it!
