Cameron Marshall?

Post by fernandez5 »

Was this guy supposed to make a decision sometime this week? Would be a very big get if we don't end up with BB.

Last I heard he was done visiting, but he didn't have a set timetable to when he would decide.

I think Marshall is waiting to see what Brown does. Oregon made a big impression on him but so did Utah. IMO hes waiting to see what Brown does.

He could start right away at Utah but would probably be willing to sit a year to play for the Ducks. If Brown comes he most likely goes to Utah as with James and Brown it would probably be a while before he saw some real playing time. If we didn't get Marshall because we got Brown I don't think anybody would be upset and maybe next year we can compare the two as Brown will almost certainly play next year and Marshall probably would if he went to Utah.

With Brown saying that he plans on waiting beyond signing day, I wonder just how long Marshall is willing to wait. I hope Brown's uncertainty doesn't cost us our back up plan.

Good point. I think he should choose the Ducks, because even though Brown will be a Duck, he would still get some playing time because the Ducks will score 50+ points every game and have big leads! :D

Funny, scout says we haven't even offered him. I get the gut feeling that the coaches have moved on.
