Re: Moses Robinson-Carr decommits
It looks like maybe he thought he was committed to Oklahoma anyway.

Sounds like Taggart had made no attempt to contact him. Maybe he has other plans....

So Oregon has one TE on the roster next year in McCormick and he has never played a snap or am I missing someone?

Yeah Breeland has stud written all over him. I think he will step into the starter role no problem, but it's the depth that worries me. We had 3 very solid TEs last year.BTJ201 wrote:Breeland who has shown flashes of being a real good oneDuck24 wrote:So Oregon has one TE on the roster next year in McCormick and he has never played a snap or am I missing someone?

It doesn't sound like Taggart wanted Moses Robinson Carr. He must have not liked his skill set.

Re: Moses Robinson-Carr decommits
I'm wondering if there's a reason why he decommited on the day we announced the hiring of a receivers coach who also has experience working with TEs. Perhaps the new coach is bringing a recruit or two with him? And maybe Moses read between the lines. All speculation, of course.
Willie Taggart is a dick.

If Willie didn't contact him...I wonder if it means we're getting Josh Falo...he does have a couple of highly rated teammates too.

He has offered a few tight ends including Falo, the kid for Oklahoma, and it looks like he just offered a Miami commit that's a big 4 star tight end D end.

Re: Moses Robinson-Carr decommits
Since I was offline and depending on the newspaper for recruiting news, I'm sort of shocked that it was MRC who decommitted. Hopefully the next TE coach has some guys to bring in since the roster is basically down to 2 scholarship TEs.
