Oregon offers 3* DB Samuel Barnes

Post by greenyellow »

Oregon has offered 3* DB Samuel Barnes from TX. This appears to be one from Leavitt's contacts since Barnes was considering Colorado previously. Seems this guy's recruitment was somewhat slow due to him only moving to DB his SR year after playing mainly on offense the previous couple of years. He's a long, rangy safety that Leavitt likes to use on obvious passing downs.

I like the fact that Coach T is offering DB's that are "taller, rangy and physical." Hope that a couple of these kids stick/commit to the Ducks!
