Ducks after former Miami commit Billy Gibson

[greenyellow]

Looks like Oregon may be able to flip former Miami safety recruit Billy Gibson, mainly due to his relationship with Taggart. Seems like him and Miami had a mutual parting of ways since he's been wavering on his early enrollment after getting the Oregon offer. Since his decommitment, he's been retweeting a bunch of stuff from Oregon fans.
