Simple question on early enrollee's
Once a recruit signs a school's financial aide forms for early enrollment, pre LOI day, are they locked in to that school or can they still Uncommit?

Non binding. They can still switch schools.
Another point of note, early enrollees count toward LAST year's class. Just an FYI as there has been confusion.

No commitment from the PSA, obligation from the school only. Once the student enrolls he is obligated as a student with transfer rules like needing to sit out a year usually, but of course with red shirt available.

Stack and Scott are on campus, not sure if there are any other EE's.

I believe it is not official until the athlete attends their first class on campus

Re: Simple question on early enrollee's
Thanks for the replies, it makes sense that it's non binding, but I'm still a little confused as to what constitutes a recruit as an official college student. Just small talk and curiosity, my kids and myself never dealt with financial aide while in college so I know very little about it. What I'm wondering is when a recruit is officially considered a student and has to set for a year, it makes sense that if recruit is attended a class he/she is a student at said college. How about if they have enrolled for classes but have not attended any classes yet, or enrolled and classes have not started yet? Signed financial aide papers enrolled and their file shows tutition for classes as paid by financial aide, but classes have not started? Again just my curiosity getting the better of me this morning.scoducks wrote:I believe it is not official until the athlete attends their first class on campus
This stems from me assuming Braxon has some papers filled out at Arizona and what guidelines he has to go under to go somewhere else. Thanks again.
