Elijah Gates down to Oregon and UCLA

Didn't see this posted yet, but Elijah Gates has told multiple outlets that he's down to Oregon and UCLA. He's among the top cornerback targets Oregon has offered and has a shot with this late in the game.

Lots of new offers at DB and just about every one of them is for a kid 6'1" plus.
