Who else was close to committing? If I were a betting man, I'd say Burmeister (no need for a phone call if it's Shear wince WT was just at his HS) but Gibson was heavily favored to Oregon too.

It may be Gibson since he's pinned his Oregon offer tweet and changed his header photo to an Oregon one.

Gibson and Slade would make the most sense to me. Falo already sounds like a silent and has a date already picked. Lenoir, I feel like has made his decision too.

I'm not sure I understand the logic of why Shear wouldn't use a phone to call. I don't think his being in Eugene is relevant at all to the propensity for him to use a phone.

I'm not sure I understand the logic of why Shear wouldn't use a phone to call. I don't think his being in Eugene is relevant at all to the propensity for him to use a phone.

Because the coaches saw him in person today. I would think he would have said something in person to them while they were standing in front of him instead of calling them. Not to mention, I don't think he even has an offer yet.
