Id take Lenoir and Elijah gates any date over Douglas
I'm with you on that one. Hoping we get Gates over UCLA and Lenoir over USC (though I'm worried, given some USC insiders who think he's going there). Would be bad if we missed on both.
USC recruiting insiders seem to think that anyone they offer will eventually end up being a Trojan.

Really, all Taggart had to do was let Lenoir know that he still wanted him. That and his previous relationship with Coach Heyward helps. Oregon has been his dream school and it's where he wants to end up.

DuckedOut, do you think we get Gates? Saw an article where he said he wasn't in much contact with Oregon coaches. Really hope that's changed or changes soon.

Lenoir is a duck. Gates we don't know yet.

I like Gates, he's very physical for a smaller corner and IIRC he was going to commit before the coaching change, but I don't know if we'll end up signing him. Douglas moving on might have opened up a spot, but I really think Coach Clark wants a rangier corner like Brini, Speed, or Edwards. Those are the types of guys he liked at Colorado. We're also getting involved with Jaylon Johnson apparently...

My guess would be he'll come if the staff wants him, but we've only got a spot or two left for DBs, so it's hard to say at this point.

Jaylon Johnson would be a great get, I'd take him over Gates for sure. I guess coaches will see how it goes with Brini, Speed, and Edwards. If one of them likes Oregon, Gates is probably out. But if all three are hard to get or unlikely, gotta call and get Gates.

Could end up with:

Graham
Redd
Lenoir
Gates
Gibson

Not a bad CB haul
Would like to see one ballhawking safety. All 4 of those cornerbacks can move to safety, but appear more naturally corners (see: Tyree Robinson). Gibson and Nick Picket both are 'enforcer' types and not really centerfielders.
