Recruiting Info Dump
Probably will be my last post for a few weeks. So here's all I have to sign off with.
Reaves arrest hurt Ducks a little. More so this weekend with the visitors. Especially with a distance kid like Ellis Brooks.
Couple guys were gonna commit and held off because of Reaves news. (Gibson/Judson) Oregon could still get both pretty easily. (As of today)
Oregon is not going to take Tyler Johnson.
George Moore will visit Baylor and Utah this week. He loves Mario Cristobal, I think Oregon snags him. No done deal yet.
Greg Johnson will sign with Nebraska IMO. (As of today)
Oregon is out for Stephen Carr. He signs with USC.
Ducks will get Lenoir.
Put Habibi-Likio on Quack Watch.
Marlon Tuipulotu will not be visiting Oregon.
Joseph Lewis didn't visit Oregon this weekend. Won't be making a trip before signing day either.
Tongamoa = Quack Quack (On NSD)
Ameer Speed is one to watch. Could be a real surprise there.
Josh Falo, nothing new, he's visiting the last weekend for a reason. Still think Oregon sneaks this one out even though they don't have a TE coach now.
That's what I got for now.

Thanks for info, bummer on Carr and Lewis. But looks like all things considered Willie T has rounded out a nice class.

Re: Recruiting Info Dump
Thanks for the info jhop. It'll be interesting to see the impact of Reaves' firing and who else they get for TE since it's clearly a position of need that is impacted greatly by not having a position coach now. Some of the bigger names have always seemed like Taggart swinging for the fences so I really won't be too disappointed if they can't flip them. Given more time, I think he could have landed them.

Losing Carr does suck... but I would not mind Cordarrian Richardson as a consolation prize.. I wonder if there is a chance there since he will be on an OV this week.brich75 wrote:Thanks for info, bummer on Carr and Lewis. But looks like all things considered Willie T has rounded out a nice class.

YOU ARE THE MAN! Many thanks on the update. Since so many of us have dumped DT, this is welcome info!
I know you said it's your last update but can you share any info on TE info (outside of Falo) and provide any status on Pandy? - Just being greedy here but would love to see these kids on board!
Thanks

I just have a hard time believing we still get Lenoir if his girlfriend is going to school in socal.

IF Lenoir and Falo end up Ducks the class shouls finish around #25. too bad those 2 assitants screwed things up for some of the recruits.

I'd like to get real confirmation on that. I read she was an Oregon EE and is already in Eugene.karlhungis wrote:I just have a hard time believing we still get Lenoir if his girlfriend is going to school in socal.

Re: Recruiting Info Dump
If she's going to San Jose State, it is only about a couple more hours from Eugene than LA. I think he ends up at Oregon because it offers early playing time, he likes the coaches, and his friends are going to be here.karlhungis wrote:I just have a hard time believing we still get Lenoir if his girlfriend is going to school in socal.
