Bolden wavering?

Post by greenyellow »

From this article, it sounds like Bolden is at best a soft commit since FSU is pushing hard and his parents prefer him there instead of Oregon. With how many guys they're after, they could probably afford to lose a recruit or two.

Yeah, it would be great to keep them all. But with the location & family working in FSU's favor here, Bolden's probably gone.

I'd be shocked if he stayed. We'll be fine, there are other CBs out there just as good as him that we have a shot with.

Bolden just told Nemec that Thompson's commitment essentially locks him into Oregon now. Hopefully they hold.

We had a thread about this, I think.

Which makes more sense because the last couple days all his tweets were about how Oregon is recruiting this guy and landing that guy. Wouldn't make sense if he's pro FSU.

That's good news but there is a lot of time between now and signing day. If FSU maintains pressure, it will be hard for him to ignore it for that long.

My source just said Chip is officially back!
It will be announced at Autzen press conference tomorrow afternoon!

Bolden is one who will most likely be on the edge until the name is signed.

Huge, particularly because it's his parents that want him to stay in-state and go to FSU.
