5* WR Jalen Hall, others visiting for Civil War
Andrew Nemec is saying that 5* WR Jalen Hall will be visiting Oregon this coming weekend for the Civil War. He's one of 9 recruits that Nemec has confirmed for that weekend. Becoming bowl eligible is really going to help Taggart sell the rest of this class.

This will be his 3rd visit here BTW. No idea if he just likes to take trips all the time to a bunch of schools but 3 visits is unheard of to me.thomas time wrote:he just posted that Waddle is coming too for the civil war

I’m beginning to wonder if this week will be used in place of the December 15th weekend. Seeing as we are going bowling and could be inline for the Las Vegas Bowl, this would force that weekend to be postponed or cancelled.greenyellow wrote:Tyler Shough is now visiting:

I'm hopeful we get the Cactus but I'm not sure how it will get drawn out with 9 teams who will be bowl eligible.

I’d be fine with a music city bowl(20 minutes from the house). I know there is no way it’ll happen. Oh well

Don't the Bowls have the option of choosing any team they want once it's their turn to choose? Granted, the Ducks were blown out by UW, Stanford and UCLA, but with the return of Herbert, a much improved defense and a win over a HOT Arizona team, they may be more attractive than ASU, at least, and possibly UA.Duck07 wrote:I'm hopeful we get the Cactus but I'm not sure how it will get drawn out with 9 teams who will be bowl eligible.
I think it's pretty much a given that USC, UW, WSU and Stanford will get the top 4 slots. After that it's a guessing game.

Most of them have offers from all major colleges. Hopefully we can get some. Out recruiting Alabama for some would be great.

I wonder how the visit went for Hall and some of the other top recruits they had and whether Kelly will have any impact on their decision. I suspect Kelly will have impact on some of the recruits but am not sure how much.

Looks like a lot of the visits went well.

I think the Jaylen Waddle visit went really well. I don't know if we're beating Alabama for his commitment, but I have a good feeling.
