Skill position kids are the most likely to go elsewhere since that's who Taggart was probably closest with. WR is always a crap shoot in recruiting for some reason anyway.

Other than that, we should be in pretty good shape as long as the coaching staff isn't gutted.

Probably healthier. I live in London, so my girlfriend is tired of me waking up checking my phone and then not being able to sleep because I am so pissed off.

Was listening to Nemec's interview today and he said that due to the misinformation many were getting from WT (and possibly Leavitt and others,) up to 10 more recruits could decommit if they don't get adequate information or see movement on the program's future.

Never know why a recruit selects a coach instead of a school. Oregon has 20+ years of winning tradition. Oregon has the education you are looking for. Oregon has the facilities you love. Oregon has teammates that have fun and lo e each other. The coach could be gone at any point during your 3-5 year career.

With any luck, soon we will have a “so who recommits” thread. Probably gonna be a slow week with the coaches in Vegas and assistants not completely buttoned up yet but I’d expect some action next week before signing day. From a Nemec article on OLive, Shough has been doing a lot of the coaches recruiting work for them with the WR’s, trying to get them back on board.

Also of note, saw a twitter back-and-forth between Nick Pickett and I believe Jevon Holland poking fun at Bolden talking about committing to a school not a coach. Gave me a quick LOL.

Well that's good news! Wasn't Leavitt heavily involved in his recruitment? Hopefully he knows something we all don't...

I posted a few days ago a pic of Taggart at his house. Not surprising.

Rumor is that Jonathan King will be decommitting within the next couple days, making him the 9th decommit since WT left. His main recruiter was Woodie so it'd be kinda expected. With the lack of positive movement, the coaches just seem like they're waiting to regroup once the dead period begins after the early signing period and then hit the recruiting trail hard in January and February with a full staff.
