I wish there were other players there that we had a legit shot at there since we have 3 commits. What's up with Robertson?

I really only included Robertson because he's not completely eliminated Oregon. I do think he ends up staying in CA.

Any chance you do the same with the Poly Bowl, I think it’s on ESPN3. It’s got a decent amount of commits!

Since that one isn't until January 20th, I'll hold off on that thread until maybe a week or two before the game.CanadianQuackers wrote:Any chance you do the same with the Poly Bowl, I think it’s on ESPN3. It’s got a decent amount of commits!

As expected, Tyreke Smith picks Ohio State.
On the Ducks signees front, Adrian Jackson opened the game with a tackle for loss.

I DVR'd it to watch it in the evening and kind of half-heartedly watched.
Adrian Jackson made some plays, including a TFL and a handful of tackles. I think he winds up playing as a true freshman. He was one of the better players in the game.
I heard Steve Stephens' name, he tried to make a play and was beaten for a 30 yard TD.
Didn't keep an eye on Jaramillo and didn't see or hear his name. These all-star games aren't a good format to watch OL. It's all about the skill guys and DL.
As expected, Tyreke Smith picked Ohio State.
Other notes: uncommitted three-star RB Maurice Washington looked great, getting three TDs. UCLA signee QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson was fantastic, he's going to be scary in Chip's offense. Some DE going to Alabama abused the defensive line and got a few sacks.

I saw DT-R. He will be good in Chip's offense. Helfrich might end up there as the OC. I hope DT-R isn't their next Mariota.GoDucksTroll wrote:I DVR'd it to watch it in the evening and kind of half-heartedly watched.

I watched him for a couple of series and he was pretty solid. He was going against like the #5 DE in the nation and other than one play where DTR held the ball for too long, he didn't let him get anywhere near the qb.GoDucksTroll wrote:I DVR'd it to watch it in the evening and kind of half-heartedly watched.
