DAT or John Ross?

If that's his ceiling, it would be nice to have a player of that type every year!

Won't show up in this year's rankings, but Oregon just got Miami transfer DJ Johnson:

Huge, like getting a high 4 star. Might be eligible to play right away

How so? Transfer home for medical things?

Also, he should have been at Oregon last year. Dad wouldn’t let him back out of his Miami verbal

Sounds like his dad and/or mom have had some medical issues that may allow him to get a family hardship waiver.

Hall with 3 more cb's to Oregon today. Waddle would be huge to go with Harrison maybe, and then Hall and Williams.

I know cb's don't mean much, but Moore got five to Oregon today. It looks like we will still have a nice class of Wr's.

Hasn’t even been on campus has he? Think he visits the weekend before the winter LOI period.

Moore is being recruited as a CB not WR. It’s possible he could see time there but he’s being recruited as a CB.

I thought his DB tape was more impressive...

That's kind of a trip. I watched the film on Moore and Jalen Hall. Moore looks like a solid prospect at safety, WR, or potentially CB (not sure he has the speed at 4.67 for CB, but maybe). Hall's film was very disappointing. Doesn't have elite speed, hands, or body control. He has good size, but won't be enough at the college level. Shouldn't be rated anywhere near as high as he is, and it makes sense that so many teams have backed off of recruiting him.

Yep, they (the staff) like him better at corner and they’re still trying to get at least one more corner in the class. Hence why they were on Kalon Gervin so hard. Bolden has to be replaced too.

Hall has the least impressive senior film I can recall seeing for someone rated that highly. His sophomore and junior year film was 100x better.

Hall actually caught 6 TDs this year for LB Poly, according to MaxPreps. They weren't on his senior highlights, it's like he thought he didn't need a Hudl because he already had all the offers in the world. The highlights he does have it looks like he's not putting in any effort, Runs a slant and uses his size to catch 10 yard passes. All the less impressive considering he's got a 5-star QB throwing to him.

At Hawkins, playing along 5-star USC WR Joseph Lewis, he looked way better. Running end zone fades where he reaches up and rips passes away from DBs. Great speed and body control.

Maybe Hall just hasn't been giving the same effort. He has all the tools that made him a top-20 prospect, and that's why a lot of schools still want him. Hopefully we get him and some coaching fixes whatever happened to him.
