Re: Crocker announcing today
Of the film of his I've seen, I like his ability to go attack the football and make contested catches. He plays a lot bigger than 6'2" because of his leaping ability.

I also like " the proven track record of Jonathan Smith" that Adam says is why he should choose Oregon St. To his credit, Smith is undefeated as a head coach

Yeah that was my thought, what proven track record? The UW offense was never that impressive and I think most UW fans were happy see him go. Granted, not that Mario has some super impressive track record, but more so than Smith.desertfan wrote:greenyellow wrote:Some saltiness from Angie Machado of OSU's 247 Sports site:

As for the “glitz and glamour” and “bling” comments, someone should tell them to “kiss the ring”. Let’s see, go to OSU and catch balls from....I don’t know? Or come to Oregon and catch balls from Herbert for at least one year with a top QB recruit coming in with you in this class. Tough decision.

Re: Crocker announcing today
That was a horrible, horrible take. I had no idea she was that unprofessional (I don't even have a high bar for recruitniks when you consider Ruth for uw, Lars Hanson for uw, Andrew Nemec generally, and on and on).
This kid wanted to be a Duck pretty much the whole way. Not sure exactly what was going on behind the scenes, but seemed like as soon as he had a committable offer, the took it. OSU's best shot was if the Ducks didn't offer.

Sounds like Crocker was mature enough to make a decision on fit and play time, lol.

Could not agree more, "ducks", Smith's proven track record, of what? Smith has been an OC. Sometimes Beaver Nation just can't help themselves.Duck07 wrote:Sounds like Crocker was mature enough to make a decision on fit and play time, lol.[/quoteStevensTechU wrote:That was a horrible, horrible take. Re: Crocker announcing today
Beav fans have been making a lot of stupid comments regarding Crocker and Oregon's recruiting so it's kinda best to just laugh at what they say.
