That's a day after his visit so Oregon should be in really good position.thomas time wrote:KING: @_TheJoshuaMoore 1h Change of plans... I’ll no longer be committing on signing day. I will now be committing on Sunday, February 4th. #HookEm or #GoDucks

Thought I read somewhere that Moore’s mom wants him to stay in tx? Or was that someone else?

Was the announcement JHOP alleged to happen yesterday pushed back to next week? Just curious

That's no bueno. Battle and Harrison are my top wants at WR. I think Battle is the most talented of the big WRs we're going after.

Re: 2018 Oregon Commit List
Sounds like Oregon is not happy about the depth at CB and RB so may take some grad transfers. With them likely only taking 28 and actually having room for 31-32, taking some grad transfers to shore up those positions would seem like better options than taking a backup option that may or may not be able to contribute.

Re: 2018 Oregon Commit List
Are there any viable grad transfer options? Maybe more coming on the market after the spring semesters/quarters. I'm all for finding some ready to play finished products.greenyellow wrote:Sounds like Oregon is not happy about the depth at CB and RB so may take some grad transfers. Coaches being concerned with depth at CB and RB is concerning. In addition to TBJ we have 5 RBs on campus, and some guys who could play there if needed - like Griffin.
With CBs I can see the concern. Amadi is a part time safety. Graham and Lenoir are still young, and Graham alternates between looking like a future NFL player and being out of his league. Woods and McKinley probably make the rotation pretty quickly.
We've got a lot of dead weight on this roster. Guys like Jihree Stewart.

Re: 2018 Oregon Commit List
With RB, they're hoping to get a bigger back as almost all the guys they have on roster (besides Habibi-Likio) are like 5'8"-5'10" and between 170-195 pounds. At CB, there's only 6 guys who could be full-time CBs (Graham, Lenoir, Amadi, Woods, McKinley, and Stewart) so an injury or two could spell disaster, especially in a pass-happy league like the Pac-12. I do think they could possibly use Holland and/or Stephens at CB in a pinch since they have decent coverage skills but don't have speed or skill to stay out there long.GoDucksTroll wrote:Are there any viable grad transfer options? I think Holland could play there fulltime TBH. He was the best player at the Poly Bowl and he was playing CB. His most impressive defensive highlights were of him playing CB.

I think Holland might be the best Safety so far signed, the best corner and the best wide receiver, thus jinxing him into being a bust.Phenom wrote:I think Holland could play there fulltime TBH.
