First round picks make a lot more than the rest, so I doubt Byrd gets that much money. It's possible he would have been the first CB taken if he had waited a year. IMO, a bad decision by him.
I don't know, but I really think this could hurt him leaving early.
I just don't think he is ready.... In the NFL, you have to make a good impression over the first 2 years or they won't give you another shot, IMO another year would've helped a lot.
