It's going to be interesting who's commitment Oregon will take at DB since they have so many guys in play still. You've got Hill, Emerson, James, Watts, Alabama commit Williams, Elam, and recently offered Jayden Williams.

Not sure anymore, I made something but sometimes either the kids have to think about it - especially the ones who hadn’t been to Oregon before - or the coaches tell them to hold off for either timing reasons or to slow play them. If we have ~5 spots left it wouldn’t surprise me if we had wait a bit longer to see how it shakes out.

With them bringing in so many DB and DL visitors, I wouldn't be surprised if some are being told to wait, especially with some of the higher-rated guys still to come and likely being a bit higher on Oregon's board.

It happens every year, and surprisingly some kids don’t mind. It was the case with Leaf last year, he was told his offer was contingent on what would happen with some other guys. He wanted to go to U of O badly enough to take that risk. We have to remember that we’re a big time program, and guys are willing to wait on other P-5 programs to come here.
