Pretty sweet class.
Am I the only one that thinks Issac Townsend is extremely raw?

Sweet video.
Townsend is a player that is going to be boom-or-bust. He doesn't have a real set position right now but if he develops his body and picks up whatever position they put him in, he could be a monster.

Unfortunately I don't have time to watch the whole thing. Any of you who have nerded on this care to post what times we should scroll to so those short on time can see some standout highlights?? I know that might be asking a lot but if you noticed anything that should be seen it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

If there's certain players you want to watch, there's timestamps next to their name's in the videos descriptions.mrpd21 wrote:Unfortunately I don't have time to watch the whole thing. Re: Oregon Ducks 2019 Commits Highlights
OK first thing I wanted to see was the receiving group. Yes it's highlights so they should look good but THANK GOD they all seem to have great hands.
Wilhoite is a good sized target, can absolutely snag the ball. Had a few one handed grabs and did it with both the left and the right. Pittman looks like a very good route runner, finds the ball and can also block well for his size. Delgado, like Pittman, seems to find a way to get to the ball. Can separate from the defenders quite well also. Waters is another good target and looks like he can separate well, can really go up for the ball.
Ducks desperately need a group like this and there's a good blend of talent here it would seem.

Probably best WR core we've ever recruited (on paper).mrpd21 wrote:OK first thing I wanted to see was the receiving group. Yes it's highlights so they should look good but THANK GOD they all seem to have great hands.

That Tacoi Sumler class had 3 guys in the ESPN 300 if I recall, correctly. Scott Frost did jack and sh*t with them.UOducksTK1 wrote:Probably best WR core we've ever recruited (on paper).mrpd21 wrote:OK first thing I wanted to see was the receiving group. According to 247, Pittman, Wilhoite, and Delgado are all ranked higher than any commit from the 2011 class that included Sumler.StevensTechU wrote:That Tacoi Sumler class had 3 guys in the ESPN 300 if I recall, correctly. Lot of good highlights. Kayvon is rated as high as he is for a reason though. His highlights are nuts. Just my opinion.ncduck wrote:What was the best highlight in everyone's opinion?

Re: Oregon Ducks 2019 Commits Highlights
I've watched all the Hudl's over the past few months. Some guys didn't have senior film because of injury or transfer, and some haven't put up full senior highlights.
My favorite was Mase Funa's junior highlights. He's amazing in every defensive facet.
Kayvon is obviously a freak with a first step that compares favorably to the best DE recruits of the past decade. The camps and All-America practices were ridiculous, he's beating the best OL recruits with either speed or power. So fluid.
I thought Wilhoite would be my favorite WR, but I really think Pittman is the most ready. He reminds me of a physical WR like Darren Carrington.
All of the OL are vicious. Cristobal is definitely looking for maulers that will knock you down and then give you another tap.
Sean Dollars is faster than his testing numbers indicate, I'm surprised he didn't play more for Mater Dei. He reminds me of a slower but stronger Taj Griffin.
DJ James really surprised me, great late addition. He has some great cover skills.
Out of the DL I could really see Ware-Hudson as a big DE like Faoliu. Townsend and Ma'ae are raw, but intriguing. Kristian Williams is a dancing bear, I think he really has some potential.
GeMon Eaford was another guy who didn't particularly impress me. He has a weird tackling style, and doesn't look all that quick.
Out of guys we didn't get, I really liked Elijah Blades. Amazing athlete with everything you want in a CB. Kyle Ford would have been awesome.
