Recruiting Update

D.Williams still favors Oregon and says they are in the drivers seat but wants to check out USC and Cal.
The Ducks are stepping up efforts on other RB's including Lattimore, Seastrunk and McConico.
Oregon is looking to be in good shape for CB Tyler Stephenson who is rumored to be close to decommitting from Baylor. He took and unofficial with his father for the USC game. There is a good chance he takes an official visit to Eugene.
The Ducks are possibly looking at the JUCO ranks for an OT.

Great update gofightingducks. I'm really glad to hear that drom DWill. I'm not sure what my fascination with the kid is but I really want him! haha. Also cool to hear about Stephenson. Another kid that I really wanted to come here.

Re: Recruiting Update
Stephenson is one of my top wants in this class. With many DBs graduating this year, adding him would be great for our program.dthomas=ddixon wrote:Great update gofightingducks. Re: Recruiting Update
At the risk of sounding dumb (and being a recruiting newbie), what does it mean when they step up recruiting? Is it more phone calls, texts, etc.? I guess my question is how do you step up recruiting?

Re: Recruiting Update
Probably a mix of everything. More texting/calling, in home visits, more letters, trying to get a player out to visit, telling him you really need him, multiple coaches calling,etc..freedjr wrote:At the risk of sounding dumb (and being a recruiting newbie), what does it mean when they step up recruiting?
