1. Justin Flowe - Uncommitted but Clemson is presumed landing spot

3. Bryce Young - Committed to Alabama
4. Kendall Milton - Committed to Georgia
5. Jermaine Burton - Committed to LSU
6. Gary Bryant JR - Uncommitted, between Oklahoma and USC
7. Daniyel Ngata - Uncommitted but ASU leads
8. Jalen McMillan - Committed to washington
9. Johnny Wilson - Committed to Oregon

Maybe I'm making him too much of a scapegoat but I think Larry Scott deserves some blame, for the continued horrible officiating as well as terrible TV deals, so these young athletes don't get to see Pac-12 schools on primetime on national channels very often. SEC Network is everywhere and partnered with ESPN on top of their contract with CBS, so recruits are guaranteed to see almost every SEC game, and they also get to see a lot of Big Ten games and Big-12 games, but they might be able to see 2, maybe 3 Pac-12 games on a good weekend. I think as long as we have Larry Scott the Pac-12 will continue to underperform in recruiting. Kids want exposure, and Larry Scott isn't delivering that to Pac-12 teams.

I think he deserves a fair bit of blame, which kind of means that the conference athletic directors and presidents deserve blame since they're his employer. I don't think he gets "it."

The SEC won the day they aligned themselves with ESPN, who has pumped the SEC so hard over the last ~5 years that they wished the SEC advantage into existence. Kids want to go to Kentucky for football because it's an SEC school, which was asinine not long ago. If ESPN had instead been singing the graces of the Pac-12, we'd almost be in an alternate reality.

I've beating this drum of the top West Coast players for a while.

Some other big names from the Pac-12 footprint: 5-star Darnell Washington (Las Vegas) expected to go to Georgia. Arizona 5-stars Bijan Robinson and Kelee Ringo, with Robinson going to Texas and Ringo looking like Georgia.

How is Georgia getting three 5-stars from our recruiting territory? It's two things: this, mostly accurate, perception that the SEC means a higher a chance of the NFL. And they pay more.

We really needed to take advantage of USC and UCLA being asleep. I still can't believe Ukelele chose to sit on the bench at Clemson over coming here to battle for the starting job.

Georgia is so effing overrated it hurts and I dont get why these kids continue to want to play for Kirby Smart. He isn't a good coach and is lucky to have top 3 talent yearly.

What bothers me as much or more than anything is that a lot of top flight QBs are going east. Having the best QBs in the country has been the Pac-12's great equalizer since forever, but now schools like Alabama (Bryce Young, Tua), Clemson, and others are getting the highest rated while even South-freaking-Carolina, Arkansas(!), and Ole Racist Rebels are getting 4* or better West Coast QBs.

A lot of this is because both Los Angeles schools have failed to meet expectations for multiple years. Many of these guys would have stayed home if the P12 had winners in LA.

Regarding late TV windows, any network putting P12 games on in primetime on a regular basis would get slaughtered in the ratings. Also, when people say primetime in relation to live events, they are talking about ET not PT. On the west coast that means 5pm when you have B1G and some SEC games. Now, we're talking about west coast kids, so if you're talking about 8pm on the west coast, then both FOX and Disney are putting the games on in primetime in the west.

In my opinion, if USC and Oregon are battling it out for P12 titles and winning playoff games, then the tide turns. It needs to be these two schools because that's where the brand power lives now.

Edited to remove a rude comment.

This is true. Something happened which changed the perception for playing for a PAC 12 team.

The obvious reason is the fall of UCLA and USC. I think that from the eyes of a recruit, us and Washington are viewed as equals as anyone outside of Southern California. I would imagine all of those players are just looking for good dominant programs, hence the rush to Georgia/Clemson. The last big game of national relevance that Oregon won was ___... for that matter make that any pac-12 program that won a game of national relevance in the last couple of years... You can blame Larry Scott but the Pac-12 was barely in the playoff picture when Washington went and out of it since then.

The last couple of years haven't helped us W/L wise but as long as we continue to add wins to our win column, I'm sure we can turn the outflow around.

The weak teams in the pac 12 have all gotten better and the few top dogs and national power houses in the pac12 have dropped in dominance. So from the outside, it looks like the Pac12 is weak and has drop into mediocrity. However, in reality, the overall level of play has improved and teams are killing each other. As a result, we don't see a overall weak conference and one powerhouse. (Like Clemson in the ACC)

But alot kids these days only care about winning national championships. (Even better if they can get there every year without playing a tough schedule) So Clemson is a attractive route. I lose respect for west coast kids who want to go to Clemson and go the easy route to playing in the playoffs.

For kids who want to go play for SEC teams, I don't fault them at all. The talent you compete against every day at Alabama and LSU is above pac 12 teams. (For the time being) As for the argument that the SEC has tougher teams than the Pac 12, (Yes, at the moment) but you have to also account for that these SEC teams schedule weak out of conference, cupcake opponents spread out throughout the season. So its almost like they essentially have 4-5 bye weeks on their schedule in a year.

But hasn't the Pac-12 done poorly in their non-conference Power 5 games?

And yet, at least in the case of Oregon, it almost fells like the pinnacle is so close one or two "special players" would tip the balance in the ducks favor... Single score losses to Auburn, among other examples, show that the Ducks are right on the teetering point.
Autzen Stadium... Where great teams go to die...Hard!
