No idea how 24/7 is ranking our class 18th lol.

Part of it is they have Trey Benson and Bennett Williams ridiculously underrated.

May be the wrong thread to post in but with losing Johnny Wilson, it would be really nice for the staff to put on a full court press for Justin Shorter the 5 star WR who entered the transfer portal from PSU...

He's interested but there are some red flags and the staff is not focused on transfers..yet.

With the addition of Ashford and likely Manning, and the loss of Figgins and Latu the class will end up around #11. That sounds about right. If we also land Ringo it jumps to around #8.

Staff is in a wait-and-see mode with him. There's some red flags with him (lost his cool with an assistant coach during a game, already has a kid, rumors of grade and partying/drinking issues) and he seems to trying to get some bigger schools to chase him by waiting.

I know there's red flags, just curious where'd that put Oregon's recruiting class in terms of rankings. That guy is a freak athlete and with Cristobal I'm sure he'd straighten out and contribute to the team. Besides if he tries to punch a coach with Penei Sewell around it wouldn't go well for him.

If you take out Figgins/Latu and then add Washington to the class, they'd jump to around the #9 class on 247Sports' rankings.

Dunno how they do it but even Chip in his prime couldn't recruit like this. I'm impressed!!!
