That worked so well for Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl against us. We're 20-6 under Cristobal with a Rose Bowl winning defense coming back and you must think Bison football is somehow tougher than Wisconsin football.JBB wrote: Best I can find Oregon defense was #22 last season NCAA stats. Oregon will want to play their game but when the Bison start the power run offense they won't be able to avoid it. They will have to line up and play Bison football. That means control of clock if things go as we hope. Possibly control of the scoreboard too.

I really need to stop looking at this thread. Your leading RB last year was your QB. Your second leading RB was 5'9 and weighed 180lbs and ran a 4.6 40.Duck07 wrote:That worked so well for Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl against us. Lol, I can easily believe that! I look at this thread once every couple of weeks, while I can see no reason to delete it, it is humorous that some NDSU fans can spend so much energy on a game so far away for so many months.... do they have any other sports to cheer for or talk about? Does NDSU have GOOD Basketball or Baseball team?....... track? Chess?...... ice fishing? Until August then.karlhungis wrote:I really need to stop looking at this thread. Great news for our NDSU fans that were concerned about the video board! They are building a new structure for a video board on the other side of the stadium. Also replacing the sound system. $12 million, will be done by the season opener.

Where's this information coming from? I've seen a couple people talk about it on Twitter but haven't been able to find a direct source.GoDucksTroll wrote:Great news for our NDSU fans that were concerned about the video board! As a guy who went to a civil war game Freeman’s last year I knew the video board was really needed on the other end of the field. About time if it is happening.greenyellow wrote:Where's this information coming from? NDSU/OREGON 2020
Well, I’d say it’s time to restore some order here. Overly conceited/patronizing Ducks fans, I’ve already taken over $3k in bets from your clueless faithful. Time to put up or shut up for all those trolls who love poking the Bison. I LOVE turning your bs on its ear. So, let’s start talking score. If we live in this warped reality then exactly how much do you think you’ll beat us by? Can’t wait to start burning the foie gras.

I’ll do $1k on straight up on W/L. I’m willing to go higher, don’t want to scare you off. I don’t bet against the spread.ATLBison wrote:Well, I’d say it’s time to restore some order here. I’ll even sweeten the bet: $250 to the charity of your choice if the Ducks lose. Nothing extra from you if the Byezon lose.

Re: NDSU/OREGON 2020
NDSU advances to the NCAA round 1 with an 89-35 win over University North Dakota. That’s the North Dakota FCS team that has no trouble at all getting FBS games because they are the perfect made-to-order 45-14 win for the FBS squad The team you may have thought you were scheduling when you signed North Dakota State, the team that has a real tough time finding FBS games.
I don’t watch BB but it would be fun to meet the Ducks. It would have to be first round of course. NDSU has only won once in the first round beating Oklahoma in a huge upset in a very physical game.
Great news on the much needed video board. New sound system will be nice too. Seems like Oregon wants nothing but the best for the Bison and the national coverage this game is going to get. The new improvements will definitely save some face with the National audience. Congratulations.
I stopped betting local hoi polloi because they don’t pay. Guy from Iowa still needs to eat his hat. 5 Dimes always pays.
The straight up bet is a show of confidence but the secret to any of the 3 basic propositions is the juice. Depending on the juice you might be better taking points and the Bison rather than Oregon straight up. Or possibly use Bison +points to hedge your straight up. I started a little of that last season. Of course team loyalty is not the driving force, profits are. The loyalty is the part where you learn which teams to invest in. I’m loyal to The Bison.

eek, NDSU's WBB got thumped by SDSU. Looks like Jacks athletics are looking up while NDSU only cares about mens sports. Shame to see NDSU as a whole on a downward trajectory. Compare this to the Ducks WBB team it seams that there's almost no possibility for the Bison to beat the Ducks in the opener.JBB wrote:NDSU advances to the NCAA round 1 with an 89-35 win over University North Dakota. Re: NDSU/OREGON 2020
Might never find out. Wisconsin won’t return NDSUs calls and has demanded the Big not play FCS teams at all. Very worried about the image of the league after NDSU and App State shredded it. Did beat the Gophers at baseball last week but the news irritated some local fans taking time to check in.Duck07 wrote:That worked so well for Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl against us.
