Was a tad surprised Lanier was still on the board.

Guy was an All-Star in 82 and played excellent defense.

I like the Freeman pick, I was hoping to jump into the late 3rd/early 4th to scoop him

Thats who I was holding out for and once he went, it was an easy call picking up a future asset

Got a starting lineup.

C-Tree Rollins C+ C D- B+ B C
PF-Bob McAdoo B- C- D+ B+ C+ B
SF-Larry Bird B B- B- A- B+ A
SG-
PG-Ray Williams B C+ B- B+ C- C
6th-Greg Ballard B C C B+ B- C

Just need another guard and my lineup is nearly set.

That's going to be a tough lineup to beat for the next year or two. And, Bird's rebounding helps cover up for McAdoo's weakness

As long as Tree Rollins can block shots, ya I agree. Also a little nervous about not having a true PG, but we will see!

Talking to a few teams regarding my pick. It'll likely be traded, but if not I'll make the pick here shortly.

Whelp have my starting 5 likely

Jack Sikma C 6'11'' 250 25 B+ C- C B A- B
David Greenwood PF 6'9'' 230 23 B- C C B B+ C
Cedric Maxwell SG 6'8'' 205 24 B C- C B C+ B
Mike O'Koren SG 6'7'' 207 22 B- C- C+ B- C+ A
Maurice Cheeks PG 6'1'' 180 24 C+ C- B A D+ B

Feel pretty good about it, everyone 25 or under, no real clear weaknesses, everyone with decent D, decent or better handles, we can't shoot from outside much, but who can in this era.

My team is amazing. Not sure I can think of any weaknesses the way my roster is currently set up. Watch out, league.
