Honestly biggest surprise was Bibby over VC. Rightfully so due to notes. Most GM’s would of went VC at 3 but Tk listen to notes. Always trying to help fellow GM’s…

VC: high explosiveness and high athleticism (aka rating inflation), unknown whether he can score or not, and can’t shoot 3s. Oh and just as bad rebounder as Bibby.

I wouldn’t even take VC at 4 with those notes.

Earlier in the draft, I felt like Harrington had the better chance to drop to me at 8 between him and Shard, but I valued Harrington much more so I wasn't willing to make that risk. It didn't pay off, but I did obviously get Al who was first overall on my board.

This time, I wanted Clark at pick 8 and Hughes at 11, but I felt Clark had a better chance to fall to me at 11 while Hughes definitely didn't. But since the gap was closer, I was willing to risk it and it paid off this time.

My goal was to walk away with Harrington and Shard. But Harrington, Hughes, and Clark is still a really nice draft. Clark is very much my type of big. Low volume and high value defense and rebounding. Happy to pair him with Ben Wallace long term
