1999 draft preview
Another start to the season…
You got Steve ‘The Franchise’ Francis
Next you have Elton Brand and Lamar Odom
After that you have a bunch of risk/reward players.
Overall, I don’t see a bunch of surprises like past two drafts.
Between Shawn Marion to Corey Maggette to Baron Davis, your still looking at a top 15 draft…
Not to mention Wally World. Overall, you could see a star or two in this draft. Not as deep of a draft though

Francis has already said if Vancouver gets #1 again that he will refuse to go there

Re: 1999 draft preview
Marion is more of a 2nd rounder, that shot form just isn't sustainable at this level

Re: 1999 draft preview
After final grades, draft will be pretty weak. One of the worse ones in recent seasons
Although point guards will be pretty normal. Bigs not so much. And more projected defensive wings. So yeah, take your pick

Re: 1999 draft preview
I think it’s a pretty solid class up front. It’s the backend that’s the problem. More A potential draft. Like I said more of a risk/reward draftthe goat wrote:aww man the Matrix is gonna suck?Zyme wrote:Marion is more of a 2nd rounder, that shot form just isn't sustainable at this level

Re: 1999 draft preview
Honestly more of a 15ppg draft…
Maybe 1 or 2 elite players…
Next few drafts will be tougher than past
