Also Terrence Mitchell posted on facebook something like: Ducks will be back next year. And Dior Mathis responded yes sir. If Dior doesn't pick Oregon, then literally the sky is falling. No way he shouldn't pick Oregon.
LOL the picture means nothing!! Do not get your hopes up! If it happens great, but I think we all have seen whats happend to us over the last few years with TOP RECRUITS.
The picture IMO means absolutely nothing. We will see on signing day if it means anything. I aint holding my breath. We still have a lot of work to do to close this huge gap on the big boys. We clearly are not there yet. The big recruits we keep missing on.

While I am sure some will blast me for this, I don't think that Mathis or even Seastrunk is as important as landing some of the DT's or big DE's still on the board. We are pretty well stocked at the DB positions- and Mathis is a small bodied DB which we have plenty of- and running backs seem to be one of our easier positions to fill with studs. Until we get big time D linman, we are hurting.
I think most of us would rather get the big time D-Linemen right now without a doubt, which is part of the reason Easley is such a big subject right now. I don't think there will be quite the same disappointment if we miss out on both Seastrunk and Lattimore.
It is, however, a big boost in recruiting to get a top 10 caliber player to commit to you in any position, and can do nothing but help in getting other players to come. It can be the pebble that starts an avalanche when someone of their caliber *does* finally decide to come to Oregon.
Some people just like to complain about everything. First it's that players don't come visit, so they were just leading us on the entire time and being immature (those teenage jerks!). Then big time players from the other side of the country make their visits, have a fantastic time, and get their pictures taken wearing Oregon gear - but hold on! Chip Kelly is a terrible recruiter... also, he eats babies. So don't get your hopes up, because those big time recruits aren't interested in Chip Kelly's baby eating ways!
The Ducks need size on both lines. That was evident against Ohio State and a new Defensive Coordinator is needed, as usual I don't understand why Alliotti stopped blitzing when it was working. Keep doing something until it stops working.

It never surprises me when after a loss, all of the b*itchers and whiners come out and start calling out Kelly and the team. I tend to avoid this site for several hours after a game the Ducks have lost because that is when the nuts (people with relatively few posts who only seem to post when the Ducks lose) come out on this site.
You do not need size on the OL to run the spread option offense... you need mobility, agility, and brains. We do, however, need as much size and strength as possible at the interior DL positions.
The thing Easley would have brought that may be a little more unique is not only size and strength, but a distinct combo of speed and tenacity... Somewhat like a much bigger Kenny Rowe.
Autzen Stadium... Where great teams go to die...Hard!
